"CHANGE" of Topic...

The state of the things today is not just focused on any one topic in the media; from Britney and sis to Obama and friends, The"Sub prime Slime"effects and the Starbucks CEO stepping down to let the founder take over once again are all hot topics regarding transformations.

You may wonder where I am going with this and my point is this, Real Estate is also a changing topic, How are seller's almost giving away properties elsewhere but the "bubble" didn't and won't burst in NYC?
One of the top reasons is foreign funds coupled with a crazed economy and state of unrest. The campaign slogans we now hear daily are CHANGE CHANGE CHANGE.

"As voters across the state cast their ballots for the Democratic and Republican nominees, get ready for a tidal wave of bad puns relating to the region’s balmy 50-degree and maybe even 60-degree weather — “New Hampshirites are warming to Candidate X,” “The heat is on Candidate Y,” etc. Witticisms aside, with the temperature on primary day running some 20 degrees above normal, William Gardner, New Hampshire’s secretary of state, is predicting a record turnout of half a million voters." Ariel Alexovich NYTIMES

We need CHANGE indeed, and not only for the political future of our country but the housing markets, cups of coffee, and falling stars!
